ScrapBank Update — Player Transfers

New command: /pay <playername> Opens a transfer menu for the selected player Works with online and offline players Shows the player's Steam avatar Enter exactly how much scrap you want to send 10% transfer fee is automatically deducted from the transfer Shows exactly how much the other player will receive before confirming Transfers are saved immediately to the ScrapBank Both incoming and outgoing transfers are logged Online recipients are notified when they receive scrap Example: Send 100,000 scrap → 10,000 fee → Player receives 90,000 scrap
